Need advice on pros and cons of various portable Korg Pandora models for the Lapstick. Please suggest what most Lapstick owners believe work best from their experience of using different models, either by Korg or their competition.

What provides the best value for money spent.

Thanks for the advice.

From all the devices i have used the Korg Pandora PX4D is the one i like most.
Currently these are not so easy to get as a newer version has come out but the older one is till preferred.
We are in contact with Korg and we have learned that they still have 1000 units in stock and that we can buy these from them. However the minimum we have to take is 100 units. I will be in Hong Kong meeting with them second week of March and hope to bring this minimum back to 50 pcs and we will post it online if we can deliver these. If you look around on the internet you may also be able to find new units. Harmony Central may still have them. Good luck and let us know if you need more info from us.

Why is the PX4D preferred over the 5D? The 5D seems to have much more functionality - especially for the incremental price. What did they take away?

Thanks!

The PX5D - at the time it came out i was not really impressed with the USB port possibilities but i only played with it for 30 min. Function were more or less the same this was not the issue. The biggest advantage from the PX4D was the clip it comes with to fix it to the strap, for using it with a Lapstick in a small space this is really cool. This is the main reason i prefer the PX4D.
